The dynamic between being an effective Follower or Leader is something that must be approached with a team-based and humble mindset. Organizational hierarchies exist for a reason, yet the day to day encounters we have with each can offer opportunities for us to evolve past that model and leverage optimal relationships that drive effective mission accomplishment. 

Debriefing, or the process of analyzing the effectiveness of a recent mission, is an invaluable process of continuous learning.
