The verdict on Tenet is out.  We were entertained. But figuring out what exactly happens when is a more like a red door thing to figure out. This podcast unfortunately got cut short due to a tech issue, but the main review is there. Apologies. Was too busy snacking.

We have Allan from Kablamo as our guest – a cloud guy, among many other things. So we take the opportunity and chat about cloud computing, AIs, election fraud, surveillance, Elon Musk, profiling, google, egg heads, robot dogs, police violence, bottles, cans and everything else that is 'cloud' or will make you follow a possum down the street at 3AM to find out where it parked its tiny car.    

We're reviewing Burger King's (Hungry Jacks) 'Big Jack. Plus, Umbrella Academy is out and we talk shop on alternate timelines and what's the best bourbon to get for your Old Fashioned... probably Japanese, right? It's all good!

There's a whole lot of red around the office so we ordered a bunch of pizza to review. As if the pandemic is not bad enough...  No good movies (we're still hanging in there for 'Tenet'), Trump is a tested moron, Gislaihne(? but who cares?!) finally in jail, socialism, half the testing is enough, Victoria ruins it for all of us, Fox News is crazy and so on... you get it.

We review Disney's latest masterpiece Artemis Fowl – wow, and what a stunner it is. We talk about some social justice stuff, politics and things...

It's after the Corona.  We're back. Same shit. We really don't care.

We're distance-recording. It's nice.  Good to hang out again, albeit at a distance.  We talk Corona stats and general pandemic tropes and encounters, what to watch and what's worth waiting for.   A good time. 

Nick, Lionel, March and Dave are catching up under quarantine conditions to talk smack and try this new app everybody'd having so much fun with.

All the latest on the quafflepoloffle of streaming services. Most stuff is really just looking to be another GoT.   We also have a fun overseas guest who's has the power to teach rats how to teach turtles and so on... and yeah, he can create dead air out of thin air. Awesome.

We're back for 2020 with a bit of a surprise sweep of stuff we've been watching over the Christmas break from Jedis, Mandalorians and Goldblums, over Witchers to Vampires – we've seen it.  Happy, happy, twenty, twenty!

It's March's birthday and he talk for over an hour...

The state of everything, really. So much going on and people are just so terribly not-sorry for themselves these days... Let's be thankful for some cheap, good wine and the Cybertruck instead.

We watched 'the Irishman' (at the movies, you're welcome Mr Scorsese) and we're not even split on what we think of it.  

After a drunk ramble about past dreams that March allegedly had at some point, Lionel and father Nick finally focus on the question of 'What constitutes a cinematic movie?' – in the eyes of Martin Scorsese and also in a more epistemological sense of conveying a cinematic narrative. 'Riveting!' would be the understatement of the decade.

We talk about the Mandalorian, mostly. What else is there?
