We need to address our pain and trauma as black people, because that shit of not addressing our hurt is killing us. Sister Regina King lost her son due to suicide the other day and I want to send my condolences to her and her family. I also talk about my own issues with depression. I'm sick and tired of the disrespct towards black women. Black women deal with so much shit, I had to come to the defense of my sistas. We as a society DO NOT have the right to tell black women how to feel. They have every right to their feelings, but we need to do better.

I talked to a friend of mine the other day who's like an agent to Hollywood A-listers and she told me a lotta fucked up shit she sees in Hollywood and why Hollywood IS NOT for black people. I talked real shit and I'm telling you, Hollywood is fucking demonic.

Today is the one year anniversary on the attack at the Capital and why I share my thoughts on this day. Black people won a victory today because we told the world that America's been full of shit and now the whole world knows it. Donald Trump needs to be arrested for starting this shit and he needs to be held ACCOUNTABLE for this.

I talk about the recent murder and lynching of black Jamaican immigrant, Peter Spencer in Pennsylvania. He went hunting with a so called white coworker and friend and other white people and was found deceased in the woods. I went in and told the truth about the fuckery of America and how fucked up it is.

I did research on Rifca Stanescu, the world's youngest grandmother and share my thoughts as to why arranged marriages are WRONG and a bad idea.

I talk about the murder of an African American boy, Stanley Davis, Jr. in Florida. He was 13 years old and the police in Boynton Beach chased him down for "driving recklessly," but he's 13 and a child.
