Welcome to the 275th of March 2020 as we pretend that its 2021 and Blackdog returns for another year.  This week Lee watches Tenet and is rather vocal about a cowboy mosey simulator, Jim gets a pocket operator (steady!), Elton plays The Forest with a somewhat surprising result and Darren takes some time off from IT support to play PC build simulator... Then its time for four middle aged white guys...

This week in the last episode of 2020, Jim cracks the Baileys code, Elton ugly man-blubs at The Office, Darren is Raised by Wolves and Lee has an Arnie fest and a "fun" notification that leads to a subtle edit... (see if you can spot it)  Then its time for feedback and then the guys hit the very bottom of IMDB to review the worst film on the list... The 2008 film that is both a title and a review,...

Jim is damp, Elton has no post, Darren is obsessed with Cyber dongs and Lee nearly starts a row over tyre inflation.  Then its on to the third week of Sadvent... Brace yourself we're going on a Voyage of the Rock Aliens...

This week has been a quiet week all round for the guys but they manage to talk about it for 45 mins... Including UPS idiots, happy lighting, snow, ordering oversized door decorations and filming a dead squirrel.  Then after some feedback its on to this weeks Sadvent film. Jims choice (via the medium of battleships) the mockumentary "Stalking Santa"

This week Lee has mic quality issues, Jim laments a melting PC, Darren begins Lego advent and a show called Uncanny Counter (no we hadn't either) and Elton apologises... A lot. Because this week we begin Sadvent aka 2020 The boss level, with a truly awful film. Tom Green's catastrophe (unless you think its all meta) film Freddy Got Fingered.... DO NOT WATCH THIS FILM!

This week Elton goes hardcore down the dump, gets annoyed at the fastest rag & bone man in Essex and then has to deal with the postal service (and our heckling). Jim accidentally falls into a synthesiser purchasing website. Darren gets scared at the prospect of playing Red Dead Redemption 2 and Lee gets weirded out by the movie Possessor. Then its on to this weeks movie, a true return to Rose Tint...

This week Jim bakes bread, Elton gets Raised by Wolves, Darren watches Sapphire and Steel and Lee, is still okay with The Mandalorian but better than okay with Spider-Man Miles Morales Then its on to this weeks film. This week finds the hosts falling apart. Jim has dental issues, Elton's back gives way, Darren stresses over hair dye and Lee can't see a thing with his new glasses. so as they await the sweet release of the grim reapers embrace they review the British comedy Mindhorn.  

This week Jim plays Quake 3, Elton plays with potatoes, finds cursed tools, and goes the Long Way Up, while Darren threatens Liam Neeson with some mini bar miniatures while Lee eats Chilli that makes him see through time.  Then after a quick discussion about fear scales (how many potatoes to a cup of tea?) we move on to this weeks film the Shamalamadingdong Lift movie, twist its in a lift, Devil.

Darren is away this week and is clearly the balancing force of the team as we go off piste very quickly discussing Sooty & Sweep's activities during the 70s, the lyrics to Um Bongo, nicking light fittings and how to get a free Big Mac in under 3 seconds during the 80s. After which we move on to this weeks Indeterminate weeks of horror, Lee's choice this week, the indie low budget B movie, Splinter...

This week gives us another positive Pupdate from Jim, Elton has a Rose Tinted Specs revelation about The Beatles movies, Lee finally starts watching House and laments watching Star Trek V and Darren has a cheery TV watch list usually only enjoyed by Hannibal Lector. Welcome, this week Jim gives us another Pupdate, Elton is clapped out but finds time to play Among Us and enjoy a novel use for a bear in the film Midsommar, Darren watches Enola Holmes and once again talk turns to Henry Cavil being the most jacked up Sherlock Holmes ever, while Lee dons a flight suit and goes out in his X Wing playing Star Wars Squadrons.  Then after a makeshift version of the ol...

This week Elton updates us on his house move, eating blue paint and gives us a lovely version of Fleetwood Mac's The Chain. Jim's heartwarming dog adoption continues, while Darren loses an entire week to No Mans Sky. Lee on the other hand has a mixed bag of comedy gig, two films (one good the other... well... Best you just listen really) and a rather rage inducing run in with the dumbest m'fkrs on...

Jim returns with tales of monitor and back woes, Darren gets annoyed at a whimsical tree jumping game, Lee creates a golf course thats only usable if you tee off from the International Space Station and Elton engages in an epic battle with a mighty insect foe.  Then after all of that its on to review this weeks film which replaces the previously scheduled Blade Runner 2049. What have, lawn mowing grass after you've fed birds bread, listening to the wrong book of the Hitchikers guide to the galaxy, LED strip lighting, Sting singing about it and the word Bicycle got in common? So have we done this before, or are we destined to do it again.... for the first time... or... oh I don't know... Elton ends up in a café of the living dead, Jim uncovers a copyright conspiracy and clears out the wires in "that" drawer we all have, Darren gets older, depressed by a documentary but still finds time to play with his lego, while Lee gets "liked" by a celeb and bamboozled by Ridley Sc...

This week Elton finds a mystery box and irons his pitch, Jim enjoys some Sandman, Darren gets angry at his Jedi skills and Lee takes up golf... Well on the PS4 at least...  Then its on to this weeks film review, the quantum theory dinner party improv performance SF headscratcher Coherence. 

This week Lee deals with being a dog chew toy, gets cross at a lacklustre "historical" documentary and worries about the audience demographic, Darren enters the DC Fandome, Elton completes a bucket list entry and Jim watches deadlines woosh past while he goes psychedelic with kaleidoscopes. Elton watches Last Blood, Darren has mystery flies and Lee watches the Umbrella academy before the guys deep dive into The Truman Show. Hold on to your tinfoil hats its a big one. 

This week Darren plays a carnivorous blob, Elton clears out a shed, Lee locates defibrillators around Corfe castle. Then after some random discussions that may involve finding the worst that streaming has to offer in our future, we move on to this weeks film.  The Last Boy Scout A early nineties vaguely cult classic but will it hold up upon rewatch?

In this weeks episode Lee & Darren fly solo for a while discussing bad cooking, getting old, the netflix film Old Guard, a sudden realisation about the last Ghostbusters film, headphones and Star Trek Lower Decks, before they are joined by Elton and pooing in a lift is discussed... As you'd expect from a film podcast. Then finally its on to reviewing this weeks film, the Cohen brothers movie Burn...

This week Jim tackles a tricksy IT issue, Darren has toilet troubles and visits the sunken city, while Lee just keeps on riding the Arnie movie train with a potentially terrifying destination in his future. Then its on to this weeks film, Denzel Washington is The Equaliser, an avenging angel of the city, not, as Lee suspected, a film about the guy who invented the result button on the calculator

This week Elton has a few days off and Lee ruins it, Jims synth quest continues and he also spurs some retro gaming memories with Dune 2, Darren discovers Dead Cells and Will Ferrells Eurovision, while Lee finally finishes Alien Isolation, has an eye watering bill for an MOT and continues his daughters 80s movie education.  Then after all that and some feedback, its on to this weeks film.
