Developed by Level 5 it mixes traditional rpg mechanics with some simple city simulation gameplay to create an interesting gameplay experience. Or so says some of us! That's right, the 1990 (JP) released game ActRaiser is an absoloute must play for anyone who hasnt already. Combining platforming with city building it really does let you play god.
