The Bible is an important part of the Christian faith, and it plays a huge role in the maturity of a believer. This is why it's important to understand how to study it in context and as a result be less prone to false doctrines and "misunderstandings".

The Believer in Christ has a... strange relationship with suffering. This is unacceptable to a lot of people, but we are called to suffer, albeit in a particular context, a context that seems to be missing from many church pulpits today.
