This episode discusses the yogic process of detachment through yoga practice and discipline, contrasting it with the bhakti process of positive spiritual attachment. Both results are the same, however, the yogic process of living in the forest is not practical in this day and age. The bhakti process on the other hand is sublime and easy to follow.
