When you apply for an immigration benefit in the U.S., your case may be subject to a biometrics fee. These fees can actually cause some problems in certain cases. We discuss in today's video.

Sometimes, couples live apart for financial or other real life reasons. When such a couple applies for an I-130/I-485 adjustment of status, they may want to fudge a bit and not tell USCIS about the fact that they have two different addresses. This is a bad idea as Jim explains in today's talk.
