Jim and I wrap up the first trade and I share a tie-in “snack”. Lox & Kiwi : Toast an everything bagel, and spread cream cheese on both halves. Throw on some smoked salmon and kiwi slices. Pro tip: don’t overdo the kiwi, and put them between a couple slices of the smoked salmon.
