Bo Nickal takes his first loss in professional MMA, and the wrestling world is split on how to feel about it. We talk about the deepest weight class coming up and how that stacks to previously stacked weight classes. Plus how the World Team process to can be altered for the better. 

It's just Ryne and Reese today as they discuss the proposed NCAA Wrestling rule changes announced earlier this week. What rules need to be changed? Added? Removed? Do we need to just make the jump to Freestyle? 

Jacob Cardenas joins The Barn Session as he reflects on his college career and what he plans on moving forward. Jacob talks about how to trust in his coaches, focus on the work, and staying composed no matter the challenge.
