The Auxiliary Unplugged

The Aux is turning 2 and we once again sit down with special guests and discuss the ways the community has grown, changed, and what it means to us personally.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

Some nerds talk for too long and too angrily about a videogame series they put too many hours into.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

Haleion has let us into his world of trivia and his wizened perspective of the world. Directly clashing with the youthful vigor and baseline understanding of media and history from before the rest of the podcast was born. Tracing arcane knowledge of obscure occult star wars texts and pre-digital media. He also hasn't given a description of this episode.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxum

Content Warning: May contain extreme instances of cringe, but we all know you did the same dumb things, though you may not remember. So have fun! Also contains cursed bottles.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

We gather a bunch of michiganders to talk about our state, no I have no idea why the aux has an above average amount of people from and in michigan.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

Big creatures big problems. We sit down and talk about what is and could be giant animals.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

Sitting down, talking about movies, shows, books I think, I don't know I didn't edit this one. But, we reveal that the layer of trash goes way, way, way further down than people want, or expect.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

Under the advice of our lawyers we will not be discussing nor acknowledging any of the topics discussed in this episode at this time. No more questions.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

As per the previous upload, the file didn't work, we're back to the old format.   We talk about the book Rant: The Oral Biography of Buster Casey by Chuck Palahniuk. This episode is gross, the book is more gross. We tried to keep it pg-13, emphasis on tried.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

One of my online groups that MrJWhit follows has a simple game show that was shamelessly stolen wholecloth. I would also like to apologize to smoothbrain and all fans of stargate for any rudeness towards the show, they don't know what they're missing.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

In the immortal words of the worlds greatest director, "It's like poetry, it rhymes". And we even stay further on topic than last time! The world truly is looking up.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

I swear I tried to keep us on track, it didn't work, but I did try.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

We talk about aliens.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

This is the first episode of what may become a semiregular series...The Aux Unplugged DEBATES. In this episode we rekindle the age-old rivalry between the sweet, juicy, and refreshing and the hearty, healthy, and wholesome. Please don't think this is serious or take anything we have to say as actual fact.  This is an audio shit-post...we don't usually really know WHAT the hell we are talking about...

The audio on this episode is a little bit fucked. I did what I could, but, I would recommend listening to this on headphones.   Initially this voice chat was started when we learend that Fangz had never seen a world map before. I then started recording when I realized that this was too good to not record it.   I've gotten permission from everyone, in discord DMs, from everyone who was recorded. Fa...

In which we talk about our favorite inked reformatted tree pulp.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

The work kind, nothing weird. The aux has no weirdos.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

Where we discuss how to make bad movies good and good movies bad. Topics include: Baloonomorphs, Bathauer,  Adam Sandler is a bad actor, MrJ wanting to "Turnerize" a Spielburg classic, Darkwing King, Muppet Matrix, and from there it just devolves into the Muppets remake everything.    Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

The future's a known unknown to some, and an unknown unknown to others. So the best way of coalescing and understanding human nature as a reaction to changing times with a focus on the fears of humanity crystalized within media. Well, there's some old men to complain about phones being too big.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

Four nerds sit down and talk about stuff. It's truly a slice of the podcast as a whole. Star wars was mentioned. Books, movies, scifi stuff, gripping about them kiiiiids.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

Spoilers beware Bowls, burglaries, bumblings, bugs, betrayal, blunts, and bombs.

Continuing the trend of talking about food, but with germans about german food.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

Surprisingly, this is the only episode where bringing up star wars has brought forward distaste. It's food and hanging out other than that, what you expect and want.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim

The title says it all...three nerds discuss ripping humans apart and turning their atoms into data that can be sent elsewhere and "magicly" reassembled.  As you would imagine we discuss Trek a lot including all the things we think they SHOULD be using transporters for, up to, but not exclusively, the wonderful and yet terrible potential applications of the transport buffer.  It's murder machines,...

It's been a sort of sleepy end of, and start of the year over here, so we had a much more of a time talking about how we decompress.   Auxi, Auxis, Auxim
