The World Cup of Tea, is coming. That's the name of the daily podcast that will be released for each day of the World Cup. Short episodes, just enough time for a cup of tea or coffee, or your ride to work. Explaining more, Eric and Zeff on this preview show. And don't forget - it all starts this Sunday! Eric and Zeff are back and to celebrate Octoberfest are sampling 15 beers. Yes, 15. Of course, not a drop of alcohol (well, 0.5% technically) as they are ranking the best of the non-alcoholic brews on the market. From the big conglomerates to small craft breweries, from name brand alternatives to all new creations, the guys will help you decide whether to get a buzz on. Or off.

Eric and Zeff are sharing summer experiences, including some live music, pre-season soccer friendlies (yes, they're called "friendlies" not "exhibitions"), and watching TV. And Zeff gives his verdict on the movie "Field of Dreams."

The title says it all! (what do you mean, you don't look at the title?) It's here, the 2022 Best Of Special - a look back at the last year, including a dictionary-eating do, fighting fishmongers, and of course, the Mash-Up! It's a show dedicated to animal encounters, as bears are found hibernating under a house in Lake Tahoe, and gators drink diet soda in Florida. And there's also talk of the Amber Heard-Johnny Depp defamation trial. Zeff questions his ability to be a competent juror, while Eric has an issue with cartoon rabbits. And can eating a Thesaurus improve your vocabulary......?

A deceptive title (when were we ever worried about keyword searches!), as Eric and Zeff discuss the Oscars, the World Cup draw, and the passing of The Foo Fighters' drummer, Taylor Hawkins. Eric has some thoughts on April Fool's Day, Zeff buys a truck, and yes, does have allergies. Also, an announcement for an upcoming pod production....

Kidding....we know they've been away for awhile, but never fear the guys are back, talking the game Wordle, mounring the demise of Eric's TV, and deciding how viable a career track "Being an oligarch" really is....

First show a new year....and it might all seem slightly familiar. Well, if you've been with us this long, what did else did you expect? Eric and Zeff are discussing an asteroid close encounter , while also watching the Leonardo DiCaprio-Jennifer Lawrence release "Don't Look Up." There's controversy over Stars Wars' robots ....and back on Earth a dog in danger is rescued by a drone with a sausage ....

It's a Christmas Show! But not a Christmas Special. Because Eric has been busy smoking chickens, and Zeff has been taking a test and buying gifts for his mother. And instead of "Best of Games," there's just a "Best of Games" preview. Oh well. Roald Dahl heads to Netflix , the Nevermind LP cover is recreated by bicycle(!) , and it appears that spiked seltzers are finally circling the drain (mercifully, according to Zeff...) . And Eric allows his partner to be oh-so-self-indulgent , as he stands and yells from behind his sofa.... 

No, we won't do that to you (If you clicked on that, well, you put yourself there....). But we talk about it, as well as the passing of UB40 saxophonist Brian Travers, and of course the dearly departed Charlie Watts of The Rolling Stones. And to share her memories of 60s rock and pop, Zeff's Mum makes an "appearance" on the show for the very first time...

To say it's been a funny old year since the last Best Of Special would be an understatement. There's all things Covid, trouble at the Capitol, UFOs, and an Olympics where they kept putting the wrong year... But don't worry, you can take a deep breath and rely on us - it's the Best Of Special for 2021!

Bezos! Branson! Musk! And.... Wonka ? Eric and Zeff discuss which billionaire is doing the best job with their space program (if in fact space is actually where these guys are reaching), and there's also talk of upcoming Willy Wonka "re-boot." And the latter, to be fair, nearly went to space in a glass elevator, no??

Was going to say "Conspiracy Nuts" but that would be too easy, right? As it is, Eric and Zeff are discussing, amongst other things, the recent UFO news , the death of John McAfee , and whether or not there is any fish in a Subway tuna sandwich . Now, there are conspiracies in all these stories, but as always, don't surprised in the directions our hosts go off on....QAnon, we're coming for ya.....

Part 2 of the Brat Pack Special as Eric and Zeff dig deeper into some '80s cinema, from the notorious ( St Elmo's Fire ) to the forgotten ( Johnny Be Good ).
