In a week where we bid farewell to the services of Aaron Mooy and Martin Montoya, and Lewis Dunk left wondering what he has to do to get into the England squad, we spoke to Tony Kybett and John Baine (aka Attila The Stockbroker) about the attempted resurrection of beleaguered Sussex club Southwick FC.

Former Albion skipper Adam Virgo joined Ady and Al from London ahead of him commentating on a Serie A match. Newcastle United game discussed, plus Adam gave his thoughts on what he feels the Albion need to do in order to strengthen during the close season. Shirt of the week came from high in the Andes.

Ady and Al were joined by Brighton fan - and multi award-winning sports writer - Paul Hayward to discuss, among other things, the Manchester City thumping, the Southampton match, while running the rule over certain players for next season. For our next retrieval from the archives, we go back seven years when the Basque Love God, Iñigo Calderón turned up at the Old Steine basement studio on a filthy March night to talk about his journey from northern Spain, via Gillingham, to Brighton. In the first of our released series 'From The Archive', we rewind to April 2010, when former Argus Football Correspondent John Vinicombe joined Richie, Ady & Al in the Old Steine studios.  John, then aged 81, came in to talk about his 30+ year-career at the North Road newsroom, and his relationship with every manager from George Curtis to Liam Brady.

With all food now being rationed by selfish Supermarket Sweep bastards, Al wandered the 300 yards over from his home to Piglet's Pantry to see how they were getting on at the time.
