Who made these rules anyway?  You may be wondering what you’re in for this year.  This podcast is for you, my dear, if you have ever been accused of having just a bit of a wild nature.   We are women raising adult children, caring for our aging parents, working to work less but with more meaning.  The theme here is #health , #wellness , #relationshipover40 , and #travel .   Now that you’ve lived a bit of life,  I can only imagine that like me, you shifted a few times.  What we wanted and needed in our 20s is no longer the case after 40.  I’ve always felt that doing things in order is madness, do it your way.  But make sure you do it with the #besttribe .
