Cleaned up my desk and slowly closing up loose ends so that I can fully focus on real estate ventures. Going to look at homes tomorrow with my dad to start to get a feel for the market and see what we need to do to flip homes. Not sure the exact direction but we are going to learn as we go. I find that a lot of people, including myself, have many aspirations and desires in life but even when we know what they are we do not do anything to get to those goals. Got my Realtor license and joined Joi Realty. They are a fantastic group that makes me feel at home. Really enjoy the designated broker since she is very smart and responsive. Finally done with the real estate exam and the studying that came with it. I feel so relieved that I’m able to get back to doing things that make me happy like creating content, looking at different business plans, and doing the things that I love. It was a long struggle but I’m happy that I passed and I can move forward now.

After 6 weeks of studying and losing my evenings to Real Estate School, I've passed. I passed on the first try and this happened because I put my mind to it. I said fuck it to everyone who had some sort of doubt or said that "most people take it 3 or 4 times till they pass". It was determination and hard work that made my luck of getting it on the first try.

I hate studying for the Real Estate Exam.

I found that most people are watching my videos for 5 to 10 seconds. My last video I had an average watch time of 17 seconds so I’m seeing if people will watch it for 18 seconds. If you don’t want to watch it for 18 seconds what would make you want to watch it for that long?

I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately because I’ve been having a lot of ideas before I go to bed. He gets late at night and my ideas just keep running through my head, but it also has been a lot of good thoughts that have helped me process ideas that I’ve had. Today I shot a home that seriously needed my 3D tours. The home is multiple levels and the weirdest floor plan. There is truly no way to describe the home except if you were to go into it or see a tour of the home. What do you think of this place?
