Today I take a second out to show all my appreciation for my mother and all the other mothers out there in the world. A mother can never be questioned. Not the same way a father can. So today i give my flowers to all the moms out there.

JD Salonga is dancer/college student straight from Oxnard, CA. Formally from the Alias Dance Fam since 2009, he is the founder of Gen Z, a dance team based out of Los Angeles, CA. While studying at Cal Poly Pomona, JD hopes to pursue a career in dance and business.

In today’s society we allow our ego and twisted views of self-esteem hurt the relationships that we have around us. Let us change that moving forward. Give your pals their roses while still alive. Celebrate their accomplishments. The same way you'd hope to be celebrated for your triumphs.

Beastboi is a hip hop dancer, choreographer, and performer with a wide range of styles and skills. He is part of the directors board of the Versastyles dance family in Los Angeles that cultivates talent in the youth of today’s community. Beastboi is also a member of the BeastCamp krump family going by the monicker of Street Beast X.

Sarah Martin is a recent graduate of the Academy of Dj’s program in California. She is an Undeclared dance team OG, and lifelong alumni of the Alias Dance Family. Find her music streaming on Soundlcoud.

Today’s show is graced with the appearance of one of my very good friends. This man showed me the ropes of krump dancing. He’s an internationally known dancer, with multiple achievements to back it up! Now he’s leaving a legacy for so many people to follow.

Today i had the amazing opportunity to have a guest that i call a true friend. This young man has traveled the world and competed on the biggest stages, and taught in the largest classrooms. He’s a world champion dancer, and leader of the BeastCamp krump family. The BeastCamp family, which has over 30 members, and covers the globe.

Today I piggyback off of a topic that was submitted over Instagram. This is about the harsh journey of moving past a former love.

one of my personal favorite choreographers from the 805. Founder of Rio Mesa All Male. One day this guy will go down as a pioneer for the Ventura County hip hop dance scene. This young man has grown up so much right in front of me. I’m so happy to call him a dear friend and brother from another mother.

Time to put the phone down and start releasing ourselves from the enslavement of our screens. How many times do you find yourself watching TV and checking your phone at the same time?
