Today's message is from 2 Timothy 3. Glen reminds the church to stay focused on the simple gospel message. The Word of God gives us everything we need for life and godliness.

In today's message Glen continues the study in 2 Timothy 2:14-21. Paul shares with Timothy the characteristics of an honorable and dishonorable vessel.

Today we baptized four new believers: Gracie Cantwell, Ellie Reid, Cassidy Huffman, and Jared Clark. This is a recording of two of those baptisms.

Paul reminds us to connect with Jesus through remembering his shed blood, broken body, and resurrection. Today four new believers give testimonies of their changed lives through their participation in communion and baptism. Glen reminds them and the congregation that our focus on the cross and resurrection will produce a fruitful life.

In today's text Paul tells Timothy to remember to pass the ministry on to faithful people who will pass it on to others. As Paul's life and ministry is coming to an end, he wants to be sure that the message he preached continued in the way that he presented it. We all need this challenge in a time when so many "teachings" are competing for our attention.

In today's message Paul tells Timothy to remember that his motivation for ministry is the gospel message. Glen reminds us that we need to keep the gospel on the forefront of our minds. This will be effective in helping us to deal with opposition with an attitude of power, love and self-control.

In today's message Paul tells Timothy to remember his spiritual heritage. At the close of Paul's life he took the time to give us all an important reminder to let our spiritual heritage keep us motivated to maintain our ministry.

SERMON FOUR: In todays message, Glen continues to illustrate through the life of Peter how we are called to abide in Christ. Although Peter failed in abiding, we saw last week in John 21 how Christ came to Peter again. Today, we see in Acts 2:14-41 how Peter had power that he did not have prior to the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ.

SERMON THREE: In today's message, Will reminds us about God's amazing grace and love that He gives us whenever we fail to abide by sharing Peter's experience with Jesus in John 21. Although we may fail in abiding, God continues to provide grace and invites us to follow Him again.

SERMON TWO: In Today's message, Glen continues sharing the call of Peter and what it looked like for Peter to abide in Christ as well as what it looks like for us to abide in Christ.

SERMON NINETEEN: In this episode, Glen speaks on Godliness with contentment from 1 Timothy 6:5-10. He challenges us to be content with God and to trust Him in all circumstances.

SERMON EIGHTEEN: In today's message Glen compares false teachers to a blowfish. He challenges us to make sure we are not puffed up with conceit because it keeps people from seeing the truth of the gospel.

SERMON SEVENTEEN: In this message Glen shares what it means for our church to honor our employers.  Listen for six practical actions that show respect to our bosses.

SERMON EIGHTEEN: In this message Glen shares the responsibility of the church to provide for the pastor of teaching and preaching.

SERMON SEVENTEEN: In this message Glen speaks frankly about the problem of false teaching in the "Bible Belt." Listen to the comparison of performance based Christianity today and gospel focused Christianity.

SERMON SIXTEEN: There is such a temptation for all who grew up in the "Bible Belt" to add to the simplicity of the gospel some list of rules to follow or actions to perform. Paul warns Timothy to tell the people in Ephesus not to be drawn into that way of thinking.

BABY DEDICATION: Today we celebrate our call to rear children at the Gathering Place to love and serve the Lord. Join us as Glen discusses the role of parents and the church to pour into our little ones.

SERMON FIFTEEN: In 1 Timothy 3:8-13, Paul begins the discussion of deacons. The characteristics are basically the same as elders, so what is the difference between the two? Glen addresses this question in this message.

SERMON FOURTEEN: What does it mean to be a new convert? Are they prohibited from eldership? Glen addresses this question by comparing 1 Timothy and Titus. Also, Glen speaks about what it means to be well thought of by people outside the household of faith.

SERMON THIRTEEN: In this message Glen speaks about the similarities between managing one's household and managing the household of God.

SERMON TWELVE: In this message Glen begins with a challenge from Luke 8 about being careful how we hear the Word of God. Then he covers the characteristics of "not violent and not quarrelsome."

SERMON ELEVEN: July 3, 2016 - In this message Glen discusses Paul's teaching that a person who aspires to be an elder should not be a drunkard. He takes time to discuss how though understandings of what Scripture says about alcohol use may differ, there is no confusion about drunkenness.

SERMON TEN: June 26, 2016 - Glen continues in 1 Timothy 3:2 covering the characteristics of "hospitality" and "able to teach."
