I remember when I would personally book my clients appointments. Every change, cancellation, reschedule.. the whole 9. But as my business grew, I didn’t have the time to book them myself.. or I’d forget because I was busy when they asked and now Ive given the spot to someone else. One thing I hear a lot of beginning techs talk about is that no one wants to help them. They will ask a tech a question and many times get left on read. Both are great doing the same thing but there’s still an issue. Me being the person I am, I’m always gonna see both sides and I am constantly trying to find the common ground.
