A deal with a devil to defeat a demon? How does that get fun? Yet another bloody altar, yet another nasty drow mage? When will this end?  And then to top it all off, a voice from the altar speaks words of praise to Caersws, and the devil attacks him! How will our heroes ever escape Ghensh?!

Borem, Siv and the rest find that plots and counterplots twist and complicate their efforts to extricate themselves from Ghensh.  Their investigation of murders in the city bring them face to face with the drow priestess their ally wants them to kill, while Rix inches closer to a showdown with his nemesis, Blud Donor.  And Alanx appears at their inn, smirking and rude. . . has their ally...

Rix, Zedi and the rest make their way to the bustling seaport of Ghensh. Borem's inexplicable desire to sunbathe notwithstanding, the group is reasonably hopeful that their luck has turned, only to find that the drow are already there. But are they behind the murders and unrest that have rocked the city? Or is there another source of evil at work?

In a desperate showdown with a drow mage, the party realizes they are caught up in a deeper, more evil game. They discover a poem written especially for them, taunting and urging them forward to certain destruction at the hands of a creature called "Toth." After dealing with the hags and earning a powerful gift from a druid, the party pushes southward and enters Biritel, a once-vibrant elven town now at the mercy of drow.  Our heroes must brave the spiderweb-encased keep at the center of town if they wish to rescue the residents from their merciless conquerors.  And what's this about horses???

The adventurers stumble across a badly wounded Marli and learn there's more to her than meets the eye.  Gallantly agreeing to help her, they are drawn into civil strife in the elven realm of Biritel.

Tom and Dan pause their storytelling to interview two of the players who experienced Telessaria: Chris Metz, creator of Rix the tiefling sorcerer, and Marc Kugler, creator of Dirichlet the wood elf ranger.  The players give a glimpse into the thought processes on the other side of the DM screen and raise their own questions about future adventures.
