As our lives unfold moment by moment, it may not seem like it does but make no mistake.  What you do matters.  

Are the rules you are following serving you?  Maybe it's time to challenge a few of them.

We can't change what we are given.  We can change what we do with it.

It's so easy to get paralyzed by the inaction of everyone around us.  Great thing to know. Don't let it be you.  

We don't always get to know the difference that we make.  Know that you do. 

Sometimes those things we fear the most are what strips away potential.  Know the real risks in life.

Those things that stand between where we are and where we want to be are little more than illusions.

There is one word I learned from my little girl that we all need to know and use often.  It's the word that breathes life into dreams.  

50 years is a long time to check in with ourselves.  Thoughts on keeping your goals on track.  

Here's where you can look for true inspiration.  The mirror.  

That dragon of doubt is something we all face.  But really.  You can't beat it one more time?  Listen and know you can.  

Can we find the answers on our own to anything?  Sure, I guess.  If you want them much faster allow others in and know this.  All you have to do is ask.  

Do past failures impact what happens to who we become and what we have?  It certainly can unless you have a different perspective to manage the mind and overcome past challenges.  Here's an idea that works. 

We all have those things that we just don't like to do.  Deep down inside we also know not doing them is holding us back.  Here's a way to get them done and get on with your successful life.  

We are all affected, impacted, influenced by and directed by others. When it comes to deciding right from wrong it's the person staring in the mirror that really knows.  

Inside we all have this incredible creative power to build and do and have and become.  Having the right conversation with ourselves is so important.  If you feel stuck try this.  Try thinking with your fingers.

Some of the greatest life lessons come from reflections at the end of life.  Its where true perspectives comes into view.  For this professor, his came after only 46 years here.  Words left to teach us all.

Think for just a moment of something really amazing you would like to have.  See it in your mind?  Great, now follow the example of nature and go get it. 

One of the most important is to not judge the present by the past.  We all have injuries.  We are all left with scars.  How we see it and how we move beyond it is key to moving forward in life.  

Most everyone is on the track.  The right track to having or becoming what we really want in life.  The truth is for most of us, all we need do is turn up the volume.
