With a short rest now behind them, our players cautiously continue their escape through the Amiwa Ruins.  They eventually came across an allied Shimaran Samurai whom was being experimented on by a group of unknown alchemists.  Acting quickly, the party successfully dispatched the alchemists, however were unable to save their ally.
