I've been binging The Expanse on Amazon Prime. It's my second time through it but Rach's first, and I can see the RPG roots in the characters.

Its the week of Halloween and my thoughts have drifted to RPGs such as CoC, Chill, the Ravenloft setting, and more...

We took in Sadie just over a week ago, she was a young stray. We kept her in one room for the first few days, then expanded her world to two more rooms, and then this evening allowed her to explore the rest of the house. It occurred to me it's just like running a sandbox campaign, you start out small with few options and slowly expand the world to many options...

They claim they can license the old TSR logos for publishers to use. They will be selling rebindings of the PH, UA, and OA as a single volume.
