With September being Prostate Awareness Month, we talk about the importance of getting checked for Prostate cancer. Black Men are run a higher risk of getting Prostate Cancer, but if you have a family history of the cancer, early detection is the key to surviving.

The Ladies continue to talk about their awareness of their own Mental Health, things that affect their Mental Health, and things that they have done to not only help themselves, but also others.

We continue the Suicide Prevention Awareness conversation tonight with the Ladies. They discuss some of their issues with the Mental Health system especially being Black Women. We get a testimony, and they discuss ways to help other especially the younger generation of Black Women.
