Talking Naruto Shippuden

We're continuing the Five Hokage Summit arc with an unstoppable set of episode featuring Sasuke vs the Raikage of the Hidden cloud. Things get heated when Danzo is caught cheating, Gaara's bodies the Kage of the Hidden Stone, and the Boyz have thoughts about Sasuke. 

The boys come in with some hot takes about these episodes which begin the Five Kage Summit. We break down the what and wherefore's and we put over Sai for being the voice of reason in Konoha

Trucking along with more fillers, Lawson and Benel struggling through these episodes the best they can. We meet Hosuke, the oldest genin, and take a trip to find Kakashi's first love! It's as riveting as it's sounds! 

We finish up the Tales of a Gutsy Ninja arc and uncover Sasuke's love of cats in this two-some filler eps!  Also, we agree that Cats: The Musical sucks. 

The boys break down two episodes in the aftermath of the Ostrich Ninja incident, episodes about Rock Lee and Jiraiya! These episodes definitely happened. 

Guys, the first filler is a Ten-Ten episode, so you know this is going to be  doozy. The boyz talk about TenTen being a pretty solid leader and we go all the way off the rails when faced with the glory of Condor, the Ninja Ostrich! Behold the fall of man on this episode of Talking Naruto! 

We're back with another set of "Remember when Naruto?" filler episodes. Highlights include Naruto helping a guy commit vengeance, Gaara about to get got, and Konoha having Covid. Also, Benel and Lawson talk about murdering rich people and stealing their shit. Smell the class warfare in this episode of Talking Naurto!

We unload with two flashback based fillers, one from Kakashi's point of view and one surrounding the events post-Zabusa arc in the Village Hidden in the Mist.  They are very boring, but this episode isn't! 

TW: Strong content from approx 24:00 till 26:30.  Benel and Lawdawg were up late recording this loopy set of filler outlining Iraka's first meeting with Naruto! We go on tangents for days and we learn the true meeting of "Konoha sucks".

Oh the humanity! Pain unleashes his almighty push on Konoha and lays waste to the village hidden in the leaves. What will occur to all our favorites? And where is Naruto? Oh, and Kiba's mom is fucking hot! Benel and Lawson talk about it, and have hot takes about the United States actions in the Pacific theater during World War II. 

The washing of Konoha beings in earnest with Kakashi vs. Pain. We get that AKamichi clan being the best, Konoha struggling against the assault of Pain's onslaught, and Missile Assault Pain becomes the ultimate ninja. Oh and fuck Danzo

We've got to one of the most crucial arcs of Naruto Shippuden, the Pain arc and what better way to kick off this slate of episodes but with Naruto training in Mount Myaboku, Taka getting rinsed again, The Raikage being an example of positive masculinity, and of course, tangents! Buckle up!

We're back at it like a crack at it, finishing up episode 140 and laying down some heavy, thick, girthy, turgid lore pipe involving the Uchiha clan before bouncing over to the kingdom of clouds where Sasuke and the newly christened Taka take on the eight tails Killer B!
