On Monday, local historian and Civil War expert George Deutsch returned to highlight the historical context of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. We also recognized the three regiments from the Erie area who participated in the Battle of Gettysburg, in July 1863.

In the aftermath of Erie City Council voting down a Waterfront Conditional Use for the Market House proposed by Erie Events (Erie Co. Convention Center Authority), CEO Gus Pine gives us the lay of the land and what might happen next for this $15 million project.
