Our civil liberties are under attack.  In New York S2225D-2013 (sponsor: Senator Young) seeks to expand Kendra's Law Involuntary Outpatient Commitment and eliminate the sunset date of 2017. Nationally, the Murphy bill HR3717 in ful or piecemeal will infringe on all of our rights.
