Names are linked to our destinies. Names can communicate a message about a person A new name may be earned or required for a change in character. Our time is a garden and we need to tend it When God says no He is saying don't hurt hurt yourself. The saved have been given authority to name things and make them be set in motion.

In order to change we need to first feel the hunger that things need to change. Humble ourselves to admit that we are the problem and finally we need to seek the hope of God to help us with our change.

God doesn't always give instant miracles, sometimes His Greatest miracles happen after the hardest waits. Jesus was tempted by the Satan and promised that if He were to bow down, all would be given to him instantly. The Logos is Logic, truth. What is real to us? We give so much of our life, giving time to things that don't really matter. Without Jesus we have nothing!!! He is the Logos! It is not enough to just expect pastors and school teachers to raise up our kids in the ways of the Lord. We as parents are called to not just tell about the Word but to live it as well. We always wonder why God doesn't just suck us into Heaven when we get saved. There are three purposes still for Christians on the Earth. 1. To preserve the people. 2. To be the light of hope 3. to give us a chance to make up for lost time of righteousness.

We can do something for God! Normal Christian life 1.) We are not alone! We are a family!! We are part of his body on earth! We are together as a people of God 2.) Time allowed to prayer! We always need to work on our prayer life! 3.) We are born without understanding and must learn how to be as the Lord. We are born knowing how to sin.

It's Impossible to do the works of God without his help. If God chooses you then HE will prepare you for His works. God wants all of us, we need to surrender fully to His will to reach our destiny. Life in God's hand is better than life in our own hands

In order to make friends, you must first be friendly. You make more freinds by taking interest in other people than you would in 2 years of making them take your interests.

The Recipe for revival is Humility, Prayer, Seeking the face of God, and turning away from wickedness.

Life is full of unexpected changes! We can't always be prepared. We need to trust God that He knows what He is doing.
