Message from 3rd November, 2024 at Take Hold Church This week we start a new series leading into advent where we hear the importance of telling others the good news of the Gospel. Also the things Jesus says to those who doubt him and how we can be sure and confident in our faith!

This week as we wrap up our series on mental health, we talk about shame. This is the emotion found within all struggles related to mental health. We learn that Jesus did not come to give us shame but to give sanctuary and freedom to all of those who believe in him!

This week we continue our "Enough" series on mental health and hear a personal story from Angela Richardson on how we can use practical tools to find victory in this area. Angela shares her person journey with mental health and provides some key tools to find help, hope, and healing for our mental health!
