I recently did some analysis on my project planning and found I was leaning a little too much toward Large and Extra Large projects. In today's episode I'll talk about T-Shirt sizing for projects, and offer up my Top 10 Ideas for medium-sized projects, which I think are the sweet spot for managing your project delivery.

Today I run down my Top 5 Pitcher Fatigue Systems in tabletop baseball games. I have always felt that a good fatigue system brings a lot of realism into a tabletop baseball game, but good execution requires a solid game mechanic that is easy to use. I think all five of these systems achieved that.
