I hope that your relationships bring you joy and new experieces. As we begin to round up this topic I'm going to talk a little bit about lost relationships.

Sometimes, relationships go well and we help each other grow, other times it really goes no where at all. Today we're looking at there two sub-topics.

Let's go further into the topic. Today I'm talking about the lessons I've learned.

Forgiving others is only one part of the equation. Forgiving yourself is sometimes the gap we overlook.

Relationships are very important, they can make or break a business arrangment or partnership. Tonight I open up this very vast topic and I am looking forward to getting your feedback.

☄As a designer I try to use all that I have learned. As a former Computer science major I always bring to mind Newtons third law of motion. It states that every action produces an equal but opposite reaction. If we believe Uncle Newton then, It's safe to assume that EVERYTHING has a ripple effect behind it. The question is can we see it and if we are able to see it, then what do we do?

Today I'm sharing a spoken word about love, just going with the flow...

As a trinidadian I believe that we love SWEET TO BAD. Yet the the probem is "Can we made it a way of life???

What does love mean to you? Do you think about love, is it important to you? Well today, we start the very VAST topic we all know and ❣ see what I did there 😀😪?!?

Why??? The age old question that has brought much confusion and clarity. Let's get into it, our next episode we will discuss ways that people have been using the pandemic to find hope and explore new and amazing ventures.

Oh yes! Regret can hide and even thought it hides it can still influence us in a big way. Today I talk about how you can identify hidden regret...🥰

I have realised that regret much like other heavy emotions are capable of blocking creativity. In this episode I am sharing how I deal with regret.

The internal environment of my thought life brought me relief but it also grew me into the kind of person who learned how to SUSTAIN or REGAIN or fight, to live INSPIRED❣...

It's not easy but it's so worth it! Just like building a building will require work and resources so to if we decide to create new enviroments for ourselves (internally or externally) it means work...🙂😒😏😬

We've all been there. Negativity is all around us and unless we make a conscious decision to be positive...it AIN'T gonna happen! 🙃😜 Let's get into it!
