In this week's episode, Josh Baldwin and Jacob Romaine share insight into the importance of spiritual intensity. They aren't just defining the term though. They're offering practical examples of what it would look like in our lives and in the lives of our students when "spiritually intense" doesn't just describe what we do, but also who we're becoming.

Shalom is not just a pretty sounding Hebrew word, it’s a calling we have as the Church. We are called by God to bring shalom to chaos. And instead of simply telling our students how to do this, we are continually going to give them permission to wrestle with their questions.

Switch Easter is going to be a very different experience as we introduce our students to the story of Jesus! The meat of this message will be preached in your small groups. Don’t panic! Remember, it’s okay to wrestle. It’s okay to have questions. In fact, that’s often how we learn and grow the best.

Wondering if you’re winning as a small group leader? In this week’s episode, Vince and Gavin remind us that what is rewarded gets repeated. They also discuss the importance of “defining the win” when it comes to our long and short term goals.

The dam is going to break. Are you ready? As leaders, we’ve got to show up day in and day out to invest in our students with intentionality. We never know when a night might be the night a student decides to open up to us. There’s truly no better time to pour into someone’s life than right now.
