I was in Italy for 10 days this month and I was in awe of the passion for living I encountered. From the ancient artisans to modern farmers, passion was the flame for their purpose. I will say it again, "You can't change what you are unwilling to acknowledge" The first time I made a commitment and kept it as I promised I felt so successful. When I took all the steps, small and large to thrive I showed my kids how they could do it too! You can do this! You can Surthrive! You just have to take the first step and own your stuff!

We hear everyday about "THEM". They are taking advantage, they are dangerous, they should be eradicated. The problem is "THEM" is US. We are being lied to by people in power with agendas that have nothing to do with US. We are being distracted with hateful and fearful words so we don't notice the real horrors happening around us. I am getting ready to go on my bucket list trip to Tuscany. I am putting together my bags and deciding what is essential, what are my wants and what do I need just in case. There is a Surthrivor lesson in there! Enjoy!

When faced with change what do you do? I fret, and worry. Then I journal and talk to you. I decided to change my story to make the change easier to adjust to. Check it out!

Getting unstuck requires us to Let Go! Leave the past in the past and the future to the future. Let yourself off the hook so you can embrace the present. Let's face it, the present is where all the living happens! Let me know what you do to stay in the here and now.

Gratitude is a muscle. The more you use it the stronger you get! Better yet, gratitude is contagious! Share some gratitude with the people you know could use some!

When things get stressful try setting a boundary and see if that reduces the negativity.
