Control. We all want it. But the more we try and control everything in our life, the more it seems we don't have control. When life squeezes you, are you able to control your thoughts, emotions, and actions or do you feel like they're controlling you? Today we will look at how your lack of control is actually the key to discovering self-control.

Our world is full of conflict. In the news, our workplaces, our families, and our relationships. When trying to overcome a conflict how do we respond? Do we fight harder? Try and outlast the competition? Eye for an eye? God invites us to consider an alternative way to disarm others. Kindness. It is a secret weapon that is rarely used, but is exactly how God disarms us.

Are people inherently good or evil? It's been a question that has been wrestled with by philosophers and theologians for thousands of years. When you get squeezed by life circumstances, does goodness come out? This week we will look at the related juices of goodness, integrity and wholeness. Think of how much your relationships would benefit from an increased dose of that fruit!
