Our Father's Day message looks at Psalm 9, as David writes this as a song of praise to his heavenly father.

Church discipline isn't mean to be a hurtful process, and is biblical. This week's message looks at its many benefits when its done the right way.

With just a couple of more weeks before taking a break from Matthew, we look more into the chapter 18 and how we live our lives - not forgetting who we truly represent.

It's Mother's Day and Pastor Mike looks at the very close similarities this passage and the annual holiday.

The chapter is finished off by Jesus starting to look ahead to his upcoming death, while being surrounded by disciples who were lacking in faith.

This week we start Chapter 15 as Jesus addresses the hypocritic religious leaders, wanting to be seen for what they were doing. He also looks at the seven marks of a right heard.

After spending hours on a boat in prayer, Jesus walks on water to the amazement of the disciples who were left in fear. Pastor Mike looks at this story and the storms he's been through in his own life, not helping you get over them but get through them.

Continuing in John 14, Pastor Mike looks at the miracle of Jesus turning a small amount of bread and fish into enough food to feed five thousand people, describing the layout of the land and its relation to Jesus' ministry.

The last Old Testament prophet, John The Baptist, was imprisoned before his beheading at the hands of Herod Antipas. Elder Bill Carter looks at the six "ingredients" that seventeenth-century pastor Thomas Weston looks at in order to show genuine repentance.

Pastor Mike closes out Matthew 13 by looking at the three more parables told by Jesus. The kingdom of heaven is like hidden treasure that has been found because it brings joy.

Pastor Mike looks at the mustard seed and its biblical meaning this week while sharing numbers of unreached people around the world, detailing all the work that still needs to be done.

The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the people of the kingdom. The weeds are the people of the evil one, and the enemy who sows them is the devil. 

We turn to chapter 13 of Matthew as Jesus tells a parable to his followers, for which he had to explain his reasoning to the disciples.

The Pharisees attempt to entrap Jesus by asking for a sign proving that He is the Messiah. Pastor Mike looks more into Matthew 12 this week.

Continuing in Matthew 12, Pastor Mike returns to look at the lasting fruit that Jesus refers to in the key scripture this week.

Elder Denny Perkins brings us the last message of the year as we return to the book of Matthew, marking a turning point in Jesus' ministry.

We close out the book of Ruth looking into the fourth chapter as Boaz goes up to the city gate, calls his kinsman; inquires whether he would redeem and marry Ruth.

This week covers Ruth 3 as Ruth lays at the feet of Boaz as he sleeps.

We continue the story of Ruth gleaning in the fields of Boaz, her deceased husband's near kinsman.

Taking a break from Matthew, we will spend December in the book of Ruth. This original love story details Ruth and her mother-in-law, Naomi.

Elder Bill Carter brings this week's message from Matthew 11, looking at the many miracles that Jesus performed - more than we're aware of. He told them to woe because of the many sins that were taking place in the cities he visited.

Pastor Mike opens the message with a thank you for everything that has been done in the church over the past several weeks. Then it is the start of Matthew 11 as we continue through the first book of The Gospel.

Jesus was bound so that you and I could be set free. Pastor Stephen Bray from Mile One Mission in Newfoundland brings us this week's message and looks at several similarities across different chapters in the bible.

The sword, or the Word of God, is something we carry with us every day and the cost of following Christ comes with a payment. Many have given their lives in order to share the message with others. Pastor Mike looks further into Matthew 10 during this week's message.
