The 2025 Vacation Bible School theme "Magnified!" draws from Psalm 34:3, focusing on proclaiming God's greatness through daily lessons that highlight how God sees, cares for, loves, forgives, and keeps His promises to His creation, using Bible stories like Jesus and the Children, Jesus Calming the Storm, the Woman at the Well, Jesus and Nicodemus, and Jesus Teaching about Worry.

Psalm 19 celebrates God's revelation through creation and His law, describing how the heavens declare His glory and the perfection of His statutes. It concludes with a prayer for purity in words and thoughts, seeking to please God.

Psalm 18 is a song of David, praising God for delivering him from his enemies and Saul, celebrating God's strength, faithfulness, and power as his rock and salvation. David recounts God's mighty intervention, his own righteousness, and expresses gratitude for divine support and victory.

Psalm 17 is a prayer of David, pleading for God's protection and justice against his enemies, expressing confidence in his own righteousness and trust in God's deliverance. He seeks refuge in God, asking to be upheld and saved from the wicked who surround him.

It's our monthly family worship, looking at 1 John 2:1-6, emphasizing that Jesus Christ, our advocate, forgives our sins, and true believers demonstrate their love for God by obeying His commands and living as Jesus did.

Pastor Mike returns this week, looking at Psalm 16 - a joyful expression of trust in God, where David celebrates divine protection, guidance, and the promise of eternal life in God's presence.

Our Father's Day message comes from Mike Holland, who challenges men to re-commit their life to the Lord, detailing what it takes to do so in today's society.

This week's message comes from Dean Bonura, as he talks about putting on the full armor of God to stand firm against evil, equipped with truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and the Spirit's sword, which is God's word.

Psalm 15 describes the characteristics of a person who dwells in God's presence, emphasizing integrity, righteousness, and truthfulness in speech and actions. It highlights that those who live blamelessly, honor God, and treat others justly are worthy to abide in His sanctuary.

In Matthew 26:1-5, Jesus predicts His crucifixion as the Passover approaches, while the chief priests and elders plot to secretly arrest and kill Him, avoiding a public uproar. In verses 14-25, Judas Iscariot agrees to betray Jesus for thirty pieces of silver, and during the Passover meal, Jesus reveals that one of His disciples will betray Him, identifying Judas as the betrayer.

In this week's scripture, Jesus describes the final judgment where He, as the Son of Man, separates people like a shepherd divides sheep from goats, based on their acts of compassion toward the needy. Those who showed love and care for the least of His brothers are welcomed into eternal life, while those who neglected them face eternal punishment.

In the key verses of Matthew 26:6-13, a woman anoints Jesus with expensive perfume at Bethany, prompting criticism from the disciples, but Jesus defends her, saying her act is a beautiful preparation for his burial and will be remembered forever.

The parable of the ten virgins illustrates preparedness for the kingdom of heaven. Five wise virgins, ready with oil for their lamps, enter the bridegroom’s feast, while five foolish ones, unprepared, are shut out, underscoring the need for vigilance and spiritual readiness.

Our indoor worship service is a followup to this morning's Sunrise Service, looking at John 20 and the resurrection of Jesus.

This week is our Spring Family Worship, as we're outdoors at the church for this week's message. Pastor Mike returns to the pulpit, continuing in the 24th chapter of Matthew.

This week's message comes from Patrick Warren. He looks as Jesus warns of a coming desecration in the holy place, urging those in Judea to flee immediately to avoid great tribulation. He cautions against false messiahs and prophets who will deceive many, emphasizing that His return will be unmistakable.

Family Pastor Troy Puryear is in 1 John this week for our family worship, where John testifies to the reality of Jesus as the Word of life, urging believers to walk in God's light, confess sins for forgiveness, and recognize their sinfulness while trusting in God's faithfulness to cleanse them.

This week's message from Pastor Mike we hear how the Pharisees attempt to test Jesus by asking which commandment in the Law is the greatest.

The Sadducees, a Jewish sect denying the resurrection, try to trap Jesus by presenting a hypothetical scenario about a woman who marries seven brothers sequentially, asking whose wife she will be in the afterlife.

The Pharisees and Herodians, attempting to trap Jesus, ask him if it is lawful to pay taxes to the Roman emperor, hoping to force him to choose between angering the Jewish people or the Roman authorities.

Jesus tells the parable of the Wedding Feast, comparing the Kingdom of Heaven to a king who throws a grand banquet for his son, but the invited guests refuse to attend.

This week's message focused on The Parable on the Talents, who refused to pay the owner His agreed upon share of the crops. Instead, they mistreated and killed the servants he sent and then killed the owner's son.

Pastor Mike looks at the parable of the two sons. Like the parable of the prodigal, this one reveals the stunningly good news that God loves us like a father. God does not hold our sins against us, nor does he expect us to perform and work to earn his love.
