Suddenly Steven

Hello again SSP fans. In this episode I give my honest review about the band Tragically Hip after spending my weekend with the band (metaphorically). I share of few of my favorite songs and my reaction to their rock documentary. Make no mistake, this is not a new band, but the impact they had on an entire nation is crazy. Somehow I switch gears and complain about free refills, then I share my thou...

OK you guys, I kept my end of the bargain and finally released 2 episodes on the same week again. I had a few ideas going into this one that I wanted to share, the rest is just me talking. Anyway, there's some Costco talk, a little discussion about cooking, and a little homework for everyone. Hopefully you listen in order so you can be prepared for the next episode. Thanks for listening, you&...

I have no idea why I named this episode anotha one. Every episode is anotha one technically. I didn't have any specific topics to discuss and don't fully remember everything that I said. I definitely talked about bowling, Eminem, and seeing movies "in the theater." Regardless, I hope you continue tuning in and following my random thoughts said out loud.

Hello everyone  I'm back with all new thoughts and shares. I hope something I say connects with you. These conversations are fun and needed at times. There's something in there about making sandwiches, no good Mexican food, and deleting items from your cart. Sit back with a lemon water and enjoy the show.

You guessed it, this is my Las Vegas weekend  trip review episode. I share the tips and tricks that I was able to make happen along with the highs and lows from this trip. You even get to hear some live reporting from the peephole at the Aria. There I am in my underwear earning more food credits from my crazy neighbor interaction. It was a fun trip but now it's back to reality. I was fading o...

A mid week drop for all the people on the streets. There's some Vegas talk, planning, recap of my mini aggression, and a whole lot more. I share a few songs that I'm not sure if anyone else will like. There was something about quitting smoking and eating real food, but I blew right past that negative energy. It's a little all over the place but that's how I like it. Check it ou...

Hey everyone, I hope your week is going well. Before I sat down to record tonight I wrote 5 words on a page. Those words are stress, buyin shit, flippin shit. That is the core of what this episode is all about. I talk about life, controlling what you can, and play a few new old jams. Life's a garden, I hope you dig it.

In a new twist to the SSP, I recorded this episode in a parking lot waiting for a Facebook marketplace buyer to arrive. After an easy transaction in a well lit area, I take everyone along for a nice Sunday drive back home. Don't worry, I was wearing my seat belt the whole time. I ramble about a bunch of topics and talk mostly about food deals. Enjoy the drive and kill the game this week every...

Happy Mother’s Day in case I didn’t mention it. I started with nothing to talk about and ended up with plenty to say. I discuss supporting small businesses and give an example. There’s some Pearl Jam and some new music. Overall a nice chill show, enjoy.

The topics of this episode include weight loss, Jelly Roll, Vegas, and the usual. I found a new AI channel so I share a few classics. Even though I'm all over the place, it felt like I landed the plane. Stay tuned during the closing song for a quick story about a douche bag in a Lexus :) I hope you enjoy the show.

Here again with a whole new ramble. Thoughts all over the place and a few audio shares. It's funny because I'm sitting on my couch right now trying to remember what I talked about 20 minutes ago. I definitely remember discussing the Brady roast, the weather, and Amazon pet day. Enjoy the ride.

As promised, I went back in the studio for a back to back recording. This is another short show, but I get it done. I had a pot pie in the oven and I could hear the dog tearing up the house. Honestly, I don't remember everything I talked about but I'm sure there's plenty of great advice in there.

I did it again, messed up the beginning of my first recording. Because of that, I will be releasing a second half of this episode tomorrow. If you're reading this from the multiverse, days and times won't matter. I share a few new show items and a rap beef that most people are probably not aware of. Welcome to the rap beefs of 2024 people. What a time to be alive.

It's Season 2 Episode 1 and I finally got out of the closet! I went down to the coolest Tap Room ever. My first guest and road show was recorded on location at Goblets & Growlers. The Tap master General Lukas is the owner,  the dude is cool AF. We talk about beer, community, and so much more. If you're a local, go check this place out. Where else can you have an incredible beer while...

It's time for the end of season 1 of the SSP. After this episode some things are going to change. I plan on forcing myself to get out of the closet and get into the world. I finish season 1 with some casino stories, an update on modern rap beefs, and a new freestyle that I am very enthused about. I fill everyone in on some plans for season 2 and end the show with a great jam. Press play and l...

Hello again, it's me, Steven. I'm back with another new show fresh off my wing Wednesday high. Full of Ultras and garlic pepper wings I recount the things that motivate me while I pontificate mid-life. Somehow I ramble my way into a Vegas smoking story and end the show with a positive message. Keep the good vibes coming, talk to ya soon.

Due to multiple birthday shenanigans I didn't stay on track with the show. In this episode I recap the past week and what I've been up to. I play a girl drummer clip from a channel I like on YouTube. Hopefully you like that and an updated Tiny Desk share. The new Costco deals are out and I share a few as I ramble on until the usual end. Give it a listen, I hope you enjoy it.

This episode is basically all about the AZ Bike Week. I recap the entire event and share the highlights and low lights. Shout out to everyone that made this trip possible. I ramble from topic to topic but I do a decent job staying on topic. To all the new fans I met out in AZ, hello and welcome! I hope you enjoy the content.

This is the episode where I play songs from my youth and some other random stuff. I took Easter Sunday off and didn't get a lot done. While surfing the internet I happened across too many songs to play. I chose a few that had the most impact, but it's just hard to decide. Looking back i probably should have made a top ten. Either way, I had a great time. Now I am deep into bike week prep...

This is a wild one. I listen to a recording of myself while recording myself, it's all very glitch in the Matrix vibe. I review the recording and let it play until the bitter end. I share a new white rapper with everyone and huge news from the folks at AZ Bike Week. All I can share is that your boy got approved for a media pass. It's going to be an interesting few weeks. Enjoy the ride.

Another episode with no notes. I let everyone in on a secret about pod fails. Tune into the next show where we will listen to my first recording  together. Some real Matrix shit going on. On this one I talk about chili, farting, and a special new site I found. I also introduce everyone to a new super hero, the Squatter Hunter! No script, no bullshit, enjoy the show.

It's time for shower thoughts and the mid-life crisis debate. I was deep in thought talking about all sorts of stuff. Nothing on the page for this episode. Come along and I travel through time and with me and my thoughts. I share a few songs that I like and try not to fan out too much on my dude Ren. This was a fun one, I hope you dig the vibe and remember your favorite restaurant. "I lo...

After a few days of drinking over the holiday weekend, I sat down and recorded this episode. I was kind of all over the place. I blame beer. As I write this recap I can't even remember everything I talked about. There's some bald eagle egg discussion, new Kanye west songs, and plenty more. Maybe I'll listen and edit this, probably not. Buckle up, let's do this.

In this episode I take a dive into the wonderful world of AI. I am overly enthusiastic about the upcoming SSP road trip, so I wrote a song about it. Together, we also create and produce a whole new song live on the show. As usual there's a lot of rambling, story telling and I play a new Tiny Desk jam. The show ends on a vibe and a reminder to catch a wave of something. Press play and let&apos...

Hey, it’s me again. Back in the closet with  show updates, a Storm announcer update, and a whole lot more. I play a mash up that I’m in love with and a blast from the past track that everyone can enjoy. I hope you enjoy the vibe and have a great week. Relax and press play.
