We cook them, steam them, bake them, sauté them, nuke them…but we just don't eat enough of them. A chat about the ones we like (sort of) , hate, vegetarians and some reasons why most of use don't eat vegetables. Warning:  Some of the stats and trivia in this episode may be hard to swallow. (just like the veggies we hate the most)

Many people talk about how to do your own show, but not so much about "why" .  What's your motivation? You can have the best podcast (ever) with the right reason to do it.  Let's talk about your reasons.

You know those people. They get up…early?  Smile before coffee, are in a good mood and seem to be happy to interact with people.  Yes, THOSE people. The funny part is it may be good to be one of those people, so don't be alarmed if these few minutes give you a few positive reasons and ways to get you up early tomorrow.

You do this a few times every day…actually asked to do this a few times every day. How much do you tip for lunch? dinner? That cup of coffee? For that shirt you bought? We're asked for money in more places than ever.  You an average tipper? Let's chat stats on where and when we're paying up…or not.

Or another way to look at it: You spent what on WHAT?  What's a typical day sound like and cost if you enjoy the finer things in life. We chat clothes, food, work, happy hour and how you travel to all of them…before you relax at home. And as a bonus:  Not one mention of Grey Poupon. ;0)

Some of us say no, some will say sometimes and some wear that title like a glowing badge of honor.   Let's chat about the good and the bad of them.   (or do I mean us?)
