Strange Highways

This week Terry and Paul board a plane with special guest Richard as we meet Mr. Bob Wilson, a man who suffered a mental breakdown six months ago on a flight. He believes he is feeling much now better until he sees something, or someone, out on the wing... 

This week Terry and Paul awkwardly make their way off of a bus and meet Steel Kelly, a former boxer that travels the country with his robot fighter, the Battling Maxo. Just as Maxo is about to enter the ring, he suffers a catastrophic failure forcing Steel to make a life or death decision... 

This week Terry and Paul kick of the 5th and last season of the original Twilight Zone with 'In Praise of Pip.' They meet Mr. Max Phillips, a cynical bookie that doesn't take life too seriously except the relationship with his enlisted son, Pip. When he finds out that Pip is wounded from an ambush and may not live, Max prays to god that he may see his son one more time... 

This week Terry and Paul go zooming through a house with no furniture and dare to enter the short lived early 80's anthology series Darkroom. This episode has two stories of varying sizes. First, A Quiet Funeral is story of greed, revenge, and weirdly specific newspapers. Second, Make Up, is a story of a down on his luck guy trying to make some quick cash from a questionable bar owner. This week Terry and Paul pay way too much for licensed music and rent an RV to take a trip through 1997's Campfire Tales. Along the way they meet four teens who were just in a car accident and are taking turns telling stories over a fire while waiting for help to come...

Season finale! This week Terry and Paul whoosh on over to meet Ms. Janet Warren, a stay at home wife that finds herself blacking out and then waking up in bed some time later. The spaces between appear to be filled with commercials for something called The Egg, and it promises to make everything okay forever... 

This week Terry and Paul go to the museum to look at a lot of spooooky masks and meet Claudia and Marc, two people that appear to be in the middle of a meet cute. What at first seems charming starts taking a turn when Marc starts telling Claudia things about her that he has no way of knowing...

This week Terry and Paul stop by Littleton, a small town that has seen better days, and meet Mr. Jason Grant, a widower living in the attic of church who is trying to deal with his grief by fixing whatever he can. This week Terry and Paul attempt to go borrow some moving boxes from Robert and Barbara, a couple who is in the process of selling their home and attempting to move on after the loss of their daughter. The day seems normal enough until the bright flash in the sky and the sound of something suddenly in the basement...

This week Terry and Paul head to the bottom of the world to meet a crew of 8 people that are stationed in the Antarctic who are tasked with searching for previously unknown sea life. They get their wish when the find a octopus with a particular set of skills...

One has high social status that they have achieved by cutting down all of those around her and the other is a new transfer student that just wants to fit in. When one discovers that the other has psychic powers, they start to figure how to get what they want...
