Bill and the Doctor are on Mars...on a Friday?  If being on Mars isn't wild enough, our dynamic duo happen to come across Victorian Soldiers as well.  Strange Things happen a foot away from the Circle K.  Sorry, that is another time and space traveling reference from another franchise.  

The Lie of the Land by Toby Whithouse is a tale of mind control, propaganda, and seeking the Truth.  Siskoid and Ashford discuss some of the plot holes and problematic moments in this 3 part finale; however, Ashford was still able to walk out of this with some jollies.

The Doctor Who episode, Extremis, by Steven Moffat, broaches an interesting topic, which is, should one do the right thing even when there is no hope, no witness, and no reward? Ashford and Siskoid discuss this in relation to the episode, the return of Missy, and the motif itself.

Siskoid and Ashford discuss the series finale, Hell Bent.  Written by Steven Moffat and directed by Rachel Talalay, Hell Bent is a dramatic romp where Rassilon is over thrown, we see a male Time Lord regenerate into a Time Lady, and the Doctor take things a little too far, geographically and figuratively.
