Today markets could be volatile as the street interprets the announcements of the FM and later analyses the effect of this pronouncements on the economy and markets.​  Indian markets could open flat to mildly higher, despite mostly lower Asian markets today and negative US markets on Jan 31​

Nifty has been displaying a one day up one day down pattern for at least the last 7 sessions. This shows the indecision on the part of investors and traders ahead of the vote on account and US Fed meet. It could now face resistance at 21813 while 21429 could offer support. Nifty could now find 21710 as a tough resistance on the upside while 21026 could offer support on downmoves. Indian markets could open mildly higher, in line with mostly higher Asian markets today and higher US markets on Jan 18

The Nifty is now expected to retest the upper trajectory around 21765-21834 levels in the next few sessions. Immediate support is placed at 21449 levels.​ Indian markets could open flat, despite mildly higher Asian markets today and positive US markets on Jan 10th​

Nifty could remain in the 21850-21500 band for the near term and a breach of 21500 could take it lower to 21365.​ Indian markets could open flat, in line with mixed and range bound Asian markets today​

Nifty rose on Jan 04, recovering a large part of losses of the previous two sessions. Nifty could now rise towards 21741 while 21500 could offer support. Indian markets could open flat, in line with mixed and rangebound Asian markets today and despite lower US markets on Jan 04

Nifty came off its life highs and ended the first day of the year with little changed from Friday's close. A late sell-off saw all the intra day gains being wiped off. It formed a triple bottom formation over the past three days in the 21677-21681 band. A breach of this band could take the Nifty down to 21575. On the other hand, 21834 could offer resistance.

Nifty ended at a record high for the fifth consecutive session on December 28. Nifty continued its up move on Dec 28 making yet another upgap. The F&O expiry on Dec 28 could have contributed partly to these gains. It will be interesting to see whether this momentum continues in the new monthly F&O expiry. Nifty could now rise towards 21920 while 21675 could offer support.

Nifty continued to rally for the fourth consecutive session on Dec 27 and hit its highest ever closing levels.​ The upward momentum could continue in the near term and Nifty could now face resistance at 21720 while the 21505-21593 band could offer support.​

Nifty rebounded on Dec 21 after the worst sell-off in 10 months. Nifty could now rise towards the 21337-21365 band while 21006 could offer support.

Nifty crashed on Dec 20, falling steeply post 1300Hrs. At close, Nifty was down 1.41% or 302.9 at 21150.6. Nifty seems to have entered a short-term correction and the target in the near term is the 20950-21006 band. On upmoves, the 21235-21365 band could act as a resistance. Indian markets could open mildly lower, in line with mostly lower Asian markets today and negative US markets on Dec 20.

Nifty closed lower on Dec 18, snapping a three day rally weighed down by weak Asian markets. At close, Nifty was down 0.18% or 38 points at 21418.7. Nifty formed a doji after a sideways move and formed an inside day. Nifty could now stay in the 21287-21492 band for the near term.
