A thought just occured to me, that Nov. 22,1963 was 60 years ago. Unbelievable. Thanksgiving eve, dialogue and thoughts.

"Greed is Good" If it is so good then why do we have a country so divided by hate, and countries ready to blow each other up at no limit to living sacrifice? Because of greed and lack of gratitiude. We let the evil take the wheel a long time ago.

I saw an interview reently of Pat Morita, before his death, reminiscing about how the late Redd Fox had given him about $3.000 to start off his career, and how he had taken that advice and help to heart, and made something of himself as an actor.

Should penal institutions facilitate a mechanism to voice complaints about treatment? and should families be allowed to advocate for their family member? Or does that undermine the purpose of the incarceration, which can be to teach inmate discipline and learning to abide by rules? Does encouraging advocacy strip the effects of the prison sentence? or is it a legitimate set of checks and balances...
