As children of God we have been called out of darkness and to walk in  righteousness. Especially in our homes we are to live as God has called  us to live. It's time to stop hiding and living in secrecy while our  children are being affected by our decisions. We are to protect them as a  parent, guardian and it's our Christian duty.

There is no perfect church and in order for it to be perfect we all  would have to exit the building. In order to handle church hurt we must  start doing it as it is outlined in God's word and that is the mature  thing to do when it comes to handling an offense.

If you aren't willing to be truthful about what you have endured or  going through don't expect to be healed from it. We can't heal from the  things that plague our souls if we are not honest.

Many say that they are healed and free but haven't done the necessary  work to get there. They end up going around the same mountain year after  year, relationship after relationship or season after season. You must  be willing to do the necessary work to stay free.

Your enemy isn't the person you live with, the person who has harmed or  offended us. Our enemy is one who we can't see but we can see the spirit  in operation working through others. Sometimes the enemy is in our  minds and souls but we have to confront our enemy once and for all.  Let's be honest with ourselves so we can truly be free. This is an encore! We all have an enemy and it's not our family members, the person we may be in a relationship with, our friends or coworkers. Our enemy is cunning, deceiving and likes for us to always point the finger at others instead of taking personal inventory or stop allowing our enemy to have preeminense over our lives. It's time to rise up and address the enemy and not the one standing next to us. 

The holidays can be a stressful time with family but we can learn to make the best of our time together. When the appropriate time comes address those things that need our attention so your family can heal and unite. There is no perfect family and we all have our issues. Always remember God chose this family for you and it's up to you to make the best of it.
