As humans, we are controlled by emotions. We seek to satisfy that feeling. There is nothing different in a relationship. We must ensure that we and our spouse are being filled in all areas, most definitely, emotionally.

Now is not the time to get distracted. More than ever, it’s time to stay focused! Everything you need is inside of you.

We are emotional creatures. We need emotional stimulation. Don’t let your relationship diminish because of emotional disconnect. Have an open honest conversation that will grow your relationship.

Trust Issues don’t start when we say I do, but they intensify because of our past. Now we have one person to look at and their tendencies look familiar. Now, not saying that they are, they just look.

Every now and again we have to have a soul searching before we can even begin to let people in. “Who are you” statements that must be answered to start the journey.

Often times we communicate in our marriages and relationships and we don’t understand a thing that was said. Oh yeah!! We heard.... but there was no understanding.

We create so many roles in life and we become that role for that area. We morph to fill the role of a mother wife, daughter friend, but the real question is...Who ARE you ???

Don’t be so quick to separate at the first sign of turbulence. In relationships stand still and wait on God for clearance. We as humans move too quickly sometimes. Stand and Wait. God will direct.

Remember you are always one decision away from a different life. The choice is yours. What kind of life do you want? Only you can answer that.

Trust is apart of thriving and growing relationship. You have to establish trust to ensure longevity. Marriage is Werk! And without trust it’s doggone impossible to maintain a happy one. Once trust is broken it’s hard to rebuild it but it is doable ❤️

You have the power to change and do what ever you want to do. Never give anybody control over your mood, dreams, goals, or aspirations! God has ordained covered and called you! Now go And be GREAT!!

Everyday we are learning something. So why should your marriage be any different. Learn your spouse. Know your spouse. Study your spouse

So often we focus on what’s not when we should focus on what is. Today be grateful for what is and watch you whole mood change.
