Boundaries are just as important as breaks on a car. YOU NEED THEM. Especially when you are healing

You are ready to heal but you can’t forgive. These two work hand and hand . You can’t have one without the other. Forgiving is bitter medicine but helps you.

Forgiveness is the only medicine that works for trauma. To heal completely, you have to forgive. It’s bitter but MAKES YOU BETTER!

This wound ain’t a regular wound that can be cared for by a regular physician. This will take the Great Physician. It’s Time To Heal Heal.
