Dr. Martin Luther King Remembrance Sunday. "The Gospel is Greater than Tribe." The focus for our readings and message comes from John chapter 4.

This week we'll be studying Luke 2:41 -52 as we worship under the theme "Boy Jesus at the Temple." This is the ONLY incident recorded in the Gospels of Jesus' adolescence. So WHY this one? The way Jesus confuses even his own parents, and how they handle it, teaches us something

This week we'll be studying Luke 1:1-4 as we worship under the theme "The Doctor's Gospel." As a man of science, Luke understood the necessity of careful, accurate research. In the opening verses of his Gospel, he provides information as to why his writing is not only reliable, but worthy of submitting your life to.

This week we'll be studying Exodus 33:12 -34:8 as we worship under the theme "The Glory of the Lord." After the Israelites sin by worshipping the glory of this world in the form of a Golden Calf, God, via Moses, teaches what true glory is. True glory is known only by being in his holy & gracious presence.

Music and readings will paint the picture of that first Christmas Night - the Nativity. "Christmas for the Isolated" is tonight's message theme as we address the question "How we should we respond to the birth of Jesus Christ?"

Pastor Jeske's message will focus on "The Altar of Incense" from Exodus 30:1-10.            

This week we'll be studying Exodus 20:1-6 as we worship under the theme "The Ten Commandments." Specifically, we'll look at the overarching command, i.e. the First, which talks about having no other gods BEFORE God. We'll see how this is more a principle of God's Love and desire for human flourishing than a Law. And we'll also see what God does if/when we've broken this basic command.

We're taking a 1-week hiatus from our Saturday evening Exodus series as we approach Christmas. This week we'll be studying Isaiah 61:1-3 under the theme "Ready for Christmas?"

Tonight we continue the preparation of our hearts for the Christmas season by studying the Song of Mary from Luke 1:46 -55.

We continue our Sunday morning theme for Advent: Advent Fire. We'll be studying Exodus 25:31 -40, which focuses on the Lampstand of the Tabernacle.

This week we'll be studying Exodus 14:10 -31 as we worship under the theme "The Crossing of the Red Sea." This is undoubtedly the grandest "salvation event" of the Old Testament, and the Apostle Paul actually compares it to Baptism in the New Testament. We'll see why, as well as talk through few practical points on how to no longer serve our old slave masters

Tonight we begin the preparation of our hearts for the Christmas season by studying The Song of Zechariah from Luke 1:68-79.

Worship the King with us on Christ the King Sunday!

This week we'll be studying Exodus 7:14 -24 as we worship under the theme "Plagues Upon Egypt." The Ten Plagues, tend to invoke 2 common reactions: APPROVAL or ANGER. Both can be a bit knee jerk. In reality, God is doing something remarkably natural and redemptive in the plagues. And it's extraordinarily helpful in understanding how God continues to operate in the world today.

We continue to study the End Times as Pastor Jeske takes us through Revelation 19:1-9.

This week we'll be studying  Exodus 4:1-17   as we worship under the theme   "The Sending of Moses."  Exodus 3-4 is all part of a long dialogue between God and Moses at the burning bush. God is calling Moses in with the intention of sending him out to do God's work. This week we'll be studying Exodus 3:1-15 as we worship under the theme "Moses and the Burning Bush (PART II)" Last week, we talked about the concept of the "burning bush" and "THE Angel of the Lord." This week, we'll be tackling some additional major life concepts regarding how we know God, how we approach God, and who God reveals himself to be.

This week we'll be studying Exodus 3:1-15 as we worship under the theme "Moses and the Burning Bush (PART I)" We're actually going to spend 2 weeks on this famous text from Exodus. The first week we'll place special emphasis on 1) what the "burning bush" means in our lives today, as well as 2) how the Angel of the Lord mediates for us even as he did for Moses.
