Gratitude for God's grace leads to care of creation - Canon Mark Chamberlain 26.10.2019 24:52
The parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector is yet another 'gospel in the gospel' and illustrates in a nut shell the attitude required for us to be justified before God - it's not about our human effort but God's amazing grace. One application we may consider is using our sense of gratitude for God's forgiveness to galvanize our care for the planet - after all, like salvation itself, the pla...
More Is Happening When We Pray Than We Realise - Canon Mark Chamberlain 20.10.2019 15:25
The parable of the Unjust Judge (Luke 18:1-8) is an encouraging parable but a rather tricky one. Encouraging because we're encouraged to persevere in prayer - God hears us and we're told will not delay in answering our prayers. Healing of the 10 Lepers - Rev Jenny Wilkens 12.10.2019 14:57
As we look at the story of Jesus healing the 10 lepers in Luke 17, we are reminded that Jesus is the ultimate healer and reconciler. Do we see beyond the healing to the healer? Let us all be agents of healing and reconciliation to those around us.
Gratitude - Canon Mark Chamberlain 12.10.2019 13:06
In the healing of the 10 lepers in Luke 17, only 1 turned back to Jesus - and in doing so, turned back to God in faith. The '1' fell down at Jesus' feet with reverence and praise. Are you willing to turn back to God? Is your life marked by praise and thanksgiving to God? Let us be a people who are full of gratitude, for God is the giving of all good things.

FOMO or Gen Less? - Rev. Jenny Wilkens 02.10.2019 12:28
The rich man didn’t really see the impact his lifestyle had on poor Lazarus. Do we? And are we willing to live with less, so that others may simply live?
The Beatitudes - Rev. Pauline Stewart 01.09.2019 12:26
The Beatitudes, also known as the Sermon on the Mount, suggest how we are to "be" rather than what we are to "do". They give us a picture of a person in whom Christ dwells.
