The Canuck's traded Erik Gudbranson on trade deadline day.  A move that is probably for the better of the team.

The NHL's trading deadline day is a perfect day for General Managers to make snap decisions that could either build a winning playoff team, or dismantle the current teams ability to even make it into the post season.

It was a weird way for the Canadian World Juniors to get knocked out of the tournament.  A Vancouver Canucks prospect, scoring a goal on another Canuck prospect, in front of a crowd that usually cheers for the Canucks.

After gaining the lead, you might have wished for the Canadian junior hockey team to go easy on the Denmark team...But you can't ask the kids to gain a lead and run out the clock.
