Faith is the foundation of our lives. How much do you trust him? Are you willing to step out and step up in moments that faith is required? Let’s learn from David, a man who had great faith when he stepped up to the giant, what bold faith really looks like.

God can do a lot with our surrender. We have a tendency to hold back, to want to be in control, and to save what’s best for ourselves. Living a life of following Jesus, though, means we surrender and trust him to give us what’s truly best.

Do you ever feel like you lack what you need? Do you feel like you don’t have the time, money, or resources to get where you need to go? We all feel like that at times. How do we see what we truly have? How do we get what we need? It’s all in where we place our trust.

I’m not who I was. For everyone of us, that's true. Whether your past is riddled with regret and mistakes or your past is one you’re proud of, we all have a past. How can God use that past? What could he be doing now that would make us thankful for whatever past we’ve had? The truth is, he can use it all for our good and his plan.

God’s love and grace isn't earned by our actions but given freely because we are His children. We don’t need to try harder to be good, but to live out of the overflow of His grace.

It’s easy to trust God when everything is going your way. Trust becomes more difficult when all you have is trust. What we have to remember is that our trust doesn’t grow in the good times. We learn to trust God in the trials.

A Savior as a baby. Born and placed in a feeding trough and wrapped in rags. God often works in ways that we would never anticipate. His ways are far better than ours and often catch us by surprise. How do we trust him even when what he's doing doesn't line up with what we think it should be?

The wise men made their way to Jesus to worship him. Will you take your cue from the wise men?  Will your story be a story of worship or will you spend your life trying to build your kingdom?  Will your story be about God’s way or your will?

We’ve all been there. We look at our lives and don’t see what God’s doing. We’re asking him for answers but it doesn’t seem like he’s speaking. It can be easy to come to the conclusion that he isn’t interested. However, God’s silence never means his absence. What could he be doing? What can we be doing?

This Christmas we are taking a fresh look at the Christmas story, and that brings us to family. Let's explore what the genealogy of Jesus tells each of us about grace and love.

We know that God is a God of the impossible. We can look through the Bible and see that God can do impossible things that we could never ask or imagine. Did you know that God is also the God of the improbable? He proves it through the birth and the life of Jesus. We can trust him.

As Christians, we have this beautiful promise of heaven and eternity with Jesus forever. So, what should we be doing while we wait to see our promise? We have a big job. We have a huge calling. The world is depending on us to share Jesus with them. We have to work while we wait.

Hell, while many don’t like to talk about it, is a real and Biblical place. The question is, who goes there, what’s it like, and how can we escape it. The bad news? Some will go there and be punished forever. The good news? Jesus makes a way for us to escape it and experience an amazing after life.

As amazing as it is, immediate heaven isn’t our final destination. Our final destination will be a new earth that’s completely breathtaking. What will be new and what will we do for eternity? It’s amazing. It’s breathtaking. It’s in the very presence of God!

Where is a deceased love one right now? What are they doing? What is it like in heaven? If they had a relationship with Jesus, it’s an amazing experience that started immediately after their last breath on earth. Let’s talk about the vastness and greatness of immediate heaven.

Life is constantly changing: work, family, friends, finances, etc. When we’re faced with questions of what’s next, we should ask “What’s changed?” The good news is, God hasn’t changed! Instead of making life predictable, God wants us to trust Him enough to join Him in the midst of the change.

We are enough in Christ. The problem? We don’t always feel like we’re enough or that we have enough. We don’t always feel like we have what we need. How do we lean into our true identity in Christ and open the lid on enough? Let's learn from a lady who felt like she didn't have what she needed.

The decisions that you’re making today, what you do, what you don’t do, who you’re with, who you’re not with, the decisions you’re making today actually determine the chapter that you will live out tomorrow. The better decision to make is to trust that God is still writing your story.  There’s still more to be written.

God works in all things to bring about His goodwill.  He works in all things to bring about good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.  He is working in all things for those who leave Moab and return to Bethlehem.  Let's see how God worked in all things for Ruth.
