Heather Rule is an award-winning freelance sports journalist who covers the Minnesota Frost. The Frost lost earlier today 5-2 to the Ottawa Charge after a tough second period performance. Heather speaks to a wonky season it has been so far for the Frost, they’ve been on the road a lot (World Juniors) and an upcoming Olympic break.
