Nick Harrington and I sat down with Southeast South Dakota Fisheries Manager, Dave Luccesi to talk winterkills, bait shortages, and managing fisheries in southeastern South Dakota. We had some audio issues with Nick, and I am working on it, but wanted to get this out as we are getting tons of questions about some of these issues.
